If you do not agree to our conditions you’re not allowed to purchase through this website. Please consult the terms and conditions regularly as we may adjust them over time.

Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights
The whole content of this website is subject to current copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights.

Meulerecords is the rightful owner of the midifiles made available for downloading through this website. Buma/Stemra has authorized Meulerecords to sell the offered midifiles to paying customers. Therefore our downloadable content is legal Meulerecords is not responsible for any costs, due to intellectual property rights, through the further use of these midifiles.

The midifiles may not be used for resale or commercial productions without our written consent.

Account
For new customers signing up for an account is optional. An account gives you the benifit of saving your personal information to make future purchases more convenient. All data needed for the account will be treated confidentially and will only be used for your future purchases. Although Meulerecords will do the utmost to protect customer information, in no event, to the extent permitted by law, shall Meulerecords be liable for any incidental, (in)direct, and/or consequential damages resulting from lost or stolen data.

In case of abuse Meulerecords will delete your account without further notice and without need of your approval.

Terms of payment
You agree to pay in advance for your purchase(s) through the pre-payment services offered on this website. You are responsible for providing valid information needed for the pre-payment services.
Up until the point of concluding the payment you can change or cancel your purchase. The online payment is accepted after validation of the credit card issuer, PayPal or other payment services.

It is also possible to pay by bank transfer. Please send an email to meulerecords@gmail.com, state your personal information of the backing track(s) you want to purchase and the fact that you want to pay by bank transfer. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the bank transfer.

Digital deliver (Downloads)
After a complete financial settlement you receive a mail with the link(s) to download the ordered midifiles in WAV format. If you have an account your order will be added to your account so you kept a list of ordered midifiles and here at any time to download it again.

Replacement of corrupted data
We do our utmost to guarantee downloads of an impeccable quality. If however the download link doesn’t work or the downloaded file is corrupted, Meulerecords will send you the concerning file through Wetransfer or a similar service. All you  have to do is send us a request to do so by e-mail.

Refunds are only possible if you can prove that you did not receive the concerning file through We transfer (or a similar service) or if you can prove that the sended file is corrupted.

Disclaimer
Meulerecords has taken all precautions reasonably to be expected to make financial settlements as safe as possible and to optimize the download performance of this website. However, the use of this website is at your own risk. In no event Meulerecords is liable for any direct or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or any damages resulting from the use of our midifiles. Obviously this does not apply if it is established that the damage was caused by malicious intent- or deliberate recklessness of Meulerecords.

Disputes
